Delaware River kayaking, rafting, tubing or canoeing adventure FAQ
What do we wear and bring for our Delaware River Adventure?
Bathing suits or shorts in warm weather, wool and windbrfeaker in cool weather. Old sneakers or river shoes are always good gear to wear with you are rafting, canoeing, tubing or kayaking. You will need sunscreen, hat, litter bag, waterproof bag and string to tie things. Please leave your valuables at home. If you forgot any items a store is available on site.


Is river rafting or canoeing/kayaking experience necessary?
Experience and guides are not required. Everyone gets pre-trip instructions and a river orientation. Guides are available for a fee and should be reserved in advance.


What about alcohol?
Alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited. Also, we will refuse participation to anyone, who in our judgment, may pose a hazard to himself or others.


Is there an age limit?
Children must be at least four-years-old and able to swim. They must weigh at least 40 pounds to be properly fitted with a life vest.


Clinics?
Clinics are available throughout the summer. Call for dates. Free lessons available after Oct. 30.
