All customers of Lazy River Outpost over the age of 18 are required to sign a Terms and Conditions waiver before starting out on their Delaware River adventure. Those under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian’s signature.

If it is raining in the trip area, and we are notified, we will arrange for a raincheck or alternate trip date. Please call to verify weather in our area as our forecast may differ from yours.

We will make every effort to provide you with a safe and enjoyable Delaware River trip but you must assume responsibility for your own safety and for many decisions affecting your safety. All participants must be in good physical condition and must be able to swim. You must wear your life vest at all times on the river. You must recognize and fully understand that any outdoor activity poses inherent hazards and risks including but not limited to serious and permanent injury and death; and in addition, that adverse weather and river conditions can pose additional hazards and risk. Through your participation, you are knowingly assuming the risks arising out to that activity. All participants are required to sign a liability and consent form prior to their trip. Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parents or guardians signature. We do not assume liability for personal injuries or death or for the loss of damage to personal property. Proof of age is required.
